after summarizing the previous wk, the consultant professs put fward the next improvement plan. this plan is carried out in nine aspects, including office area management improvement, tool rules improvement in production area, mould rules improvement in production area, spadic improvement in production area, benchmarking machine platfm improvement, lubrication management improvement, warehouse management improvement, equipment mark management improvement maintenance room management improvement.
